February so far.....

Une semaine de repos complet en Jamaïque: des heures de baignades dans l'eau salée ou pas, de la nourriture exotique, des fruits inconnus, un peu de lecture, beaucoup de siestes et 7 jours passés ensemble, seuls pour une fois. J'ai emmené mon apn mais je ne m'en suis quasiment pas servie mis à part pour photographier cette petite fille qui me fait rire chaque jour (quand nous avons atterri, un camion est venu vidanger l'avion et Emma était subjuguée "the plane got a diaper change!!!" ou bien encore quand elle explique à qui veut bien qu'elle court en balaçant ses bras pour aller plus vite - oui, ma fille adore courrir et apparement c'est plus fort qu'elle "Emma arrête de courrir et donne moi la main s'il te plait" "Sorry Mommy, but I can't"...???? - ou bien quand elle arrète les baigneurs potentiels en leur expliquant qu'il y a des poissons dans l'eau, ou bien quand elle pousse un grand soupir en disant "I love Jamaica/ Jamaican apple/ Jamaican people!" ou encore "good morning/ goodnight Jamaica!"). Bref, j'imagine que cela ne fait rire que moi mais ce n'est pas grave: j'ai le rire facile et j'espère que cela va durer!

Enfin voilà un tout petit aperçu de beaucoup de moments qui ne se photographient pas...

A week of complete rest in Jamaica: hours of swimming in salty water or not, exotic food, unknowned fruits, a bit of reading, a lot of naps and 7 days together, alone for once. I brought my apn but almost didn't use it unless to photograph this little girl who makes me laugh every day (when we landed, a truck came to empty the plane toilet tank and Emma was astonished "the plane got a diaper change!!!!" or when she explain to who wants to that she runs with her arms swinging on her side to go faster - yes, my daughter loves running and apparently she can't help it "Emma, please stop running and hold my hand please" "Sorry Mommy but I can't..." ????- or when she stops potential swimmer by explaning to them there ae fishes in the water, or when she sighs heavily and says "I love Jamaica/ Jamaican apples/ Jamaican people!" or "Good morning/ Goodnight Jamaica!". Anyway I can see how I could be the only one who thinks it is funny but it doesn't matter: I laugh easily and I hope it'll stay that way a really long time!
